ARTISANAL AND FAMILY CONFECTIONERY CREATED IN 1986

The candies are made as in the past in our confectionery in Plainfaing, in the Vosges.

We use local raw materials, almost 100% coming from our Grand Est region. We have always favored short circuits and loyalty to our suppliers.

Sugar comes from Erstein in Alsace, glucose syrup from Markolsheim.

We respect old-fashioned know-how and continue to make all our candies by hand in copper cauldrons with cooking over an open flame and flavoring on a marble with a spatula. No machine will be able to replace the know-how of our confectioners who train on the job and pass on our manufacturing secrets for several generations now.
